Covid-19= no toilet paper- go figure!!
Covid-19, like a normal cold can have symptoms such as cough, fever, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, tiredness. Some people have very mild or no symptoms even if they have tested positive to coronavirus/ Covid-19 while others can become quickly or severely unwell with pneumonia. Those at risk are the elderly, people with a compromised immune system, and people with a chronic illness.
The risk of infection from Covid-19 is much lower for healthy people who have not been in contact with infected people or travelled to countries where the infection rate is high.
With all the media hype about Covid-19 it's time to step back and think logically. The media storm is starting to wreak havoc among the general public. Why not just work on staying healthy, boost the immune system, use appropriate precautions and educate appropriately? There's no use everybody wearing masks, stockpiling toilet paper and playing the blame game.
How can we help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) (From the Australian Government)
*wash hands frequently with soap and warm water before and after eating and after going to the toilet
*cover your mouth when sneezing and coughing, dispose of tissues and clean hands properly.
*if unwell avoid contact with others touching, kissing, hugging, and other intimate contact.

Other formulas can be prepared using my dispensary of about one hundred specific formulas and approximately 300 single refined powdered herbs. In conjunction with Chinese Herbal Medicine, acupuncture can also help build immunity and relieve symptoms.
